Adding Items
Click 'Add Item' from the dashboard to create a new listing. Fill in the title and manufacturer (required), then add as many optional details as you like — scale, category, year, condition, purchase price, and more. You can save at any time; everything else can be filled in later.
Photos & Positions
Upload multiple photos for each item and tag them by position — front, back, left side, right side, top, bottom, or iso (3/4 angle). Position tags help the AI grading system examine every angle and make your Provenance Passport look professional. Drag and drop or select in bulk.
AI Grading
The AI Condition Grader (Beta) examines your photos and suggests a condition grade on a 10-point scale, along with detected defects and per-view observations. You always confirm the final grade — the AI is a second opinion, not the final word.
Provenance Passport
Every item gets a shareable Provenance Passport — a single link and QR code that bundles the item's photos, story, ownership trail, and condition grade. Share it with family, buyers, or insurance. The biography travels with the toy, forever.
Bulk Import
Got a large collection already tracked in a spreadsheet? Use the import tool to upload an Excel or CSV file along with a folder of photos. The system auto-maps columns, matches photos to rows by filename or AI vision, and lets you review everything before creating listings.
